Chapter One.

the brief.

Chapter one was a very important initiative funded by Greater Manchester Authority and the charity Gambling with Lives. Raffertys created the name, the strapline, icons and brand guidelines as well as some of the collateral.

We were fully engaged with the team at Gambling with lives, GMCA and ensured that all style on messaging was supportive to those suffering addition and was non-judgmental

the approach.

The whole premise was to get the message out to people who are affected by tumbling harm and to get the right support advice and training with the NHS and other intermediaries to help direct people to the right treatment. The overall message is you are not alone.

A website has been created which employs the chapter one branding recreated as well as other materials that help guide people through.

The brand is there as Chapter one for all to see and it has been very successful in directing and supporting people to help in a way they feel safe and understood.

The message is this is your place to find information, that will help you find the causes of gambling harm and where to access the right help. Free from Gambling industry and influence.
