The Aspire together talent pool addresses the need for leaders by bringing out the issues of equal representation of protected groups.
This toolkit was designed for the South East Regional Talent board as an information pack to help establish Talent pools for Aspiring Directors. Their vision is to create a culture of diverse, inclusive and compassionate leadership where people thrive and grow to make the South East a great place to work.
