To design a toolkit aimed at Education providers, students and Placement providers to outline the issues around RePAIR, reducing pre -registration attrition and improving retention.
It contains a unique baseline dataset, case study site stories and an extensive student survey results.
In line with the mandate the agreed RePAIR project aims were to. Provide a standard definition for attrition and establish a baseline.
Identify best practice and isolate the factors that are in place for retention to be optimised. Promote spread of identified best practice across England. We designed and managed the project from start to finish, including art directing the photography.
The format was hugely successful and demonstrated that detailed information and even an economic evaluation tool could be included in toolkits like these.
This toolkit contains quick references to key messages and resources in an interactive pdf format.
“The look and feel of both the Report and Toolkit is fantastic – a huge thank you to you and your team for all the time and thought you have put into the design, preparation and layout. I love the range of images and graphics that have been chosen to support the text, it’s easy to read and navigate around and I don’t think HEE has another tool in our breadth of publications that even comes close to looking this good! I know as a team we aspire to perfection and this is a challenge when working with us as we can always find just one more thing that needs tweaking or adjusting – your patience with us really is greatly appreciated.”
